How to get past first screening?

After submitting several applications, I have had recruiters contact me back saying they were interested in my resume and to fill out the 7 or so questions. I then send them all back answering in detail about my experience to get rejected from all of them. Just wanted to know how you guys are answering the questions to get the first interview. These were for several different positoins from manufacturing planner to operations or industrial engineering, level 2 or 3 for all of them. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
