Question About D1 Refills

I’m thinking about getting a multi-pen that uses D1 refills, specifically a 0.5 mm tip, and I had a question about how long they actually last.

I’ve read a few comments saying D1 refills tend to run out pretty quickly, and honestly my imagination is making me think they might only last something like 5 A4 pages of writing — which sounds really short. I’d love to know if that’s even close to reality.

I’m especially interested in the Uni Jetstream SXR-200 refill since I’ve seen a lot of praise for how smooth it writes. If anyone has experience with it (or D1 refills in general), could you give me a rough estimate of how many pages or how long one refill lasts with normal use?

I’d really appreciate any insight before I decide to buy. Thanks!
