Disinfect help

Was stupid and when trying to download a game off SteamRip accidentally downloaded a virus. My discord got hacked and I cleared that up but what should I do to make sure I'm safe.

Haven't noticed anything else stolen or anything and I deleted the file within seconds of it downloading. I don't want to loose too much on my computer.

Computer died and re booted which I've heard can activate the virus
