prior authorization issues

after waiting months to see an endocrinologist i finally was able to who gave me a prescription for testosterone by subq injections but now my provider and insurance cannot get my prior authorization figured out. the needles were all approved as well so it’s not just the insurance being annoying.

the prescription was made 3/26 and a pa was sent over via phone call on 4/1. however, my insurance is claiming they never received anything which i just figured out on 4/7. i immediately let my doctor know and he sent over another message about it to their authorization team with the phone number i provided. hopefully it was just sent it wrong and can be fixed quickly.

does anyone know what else i can do the speed the process up or fix the problem?? or how long it may take to resolve??
