Why do women scream so much during intense situations?

So I watch a lot of body cam footage of police involved shootings and by alot I mean like more than a hundred now. Everytime there are shootouts it's so common that an uninvolved woman is screaming. not shouting like how police shout commands to get down or whatever. Just purposeless screaming. like I only ever hear women do it. Sometimes the shot person could be writhing in the ground yelping in pain and their screams are still drowned out by a woman screaming. It's not like its doing anything since the cops are usually already there. I seldom ever hear guys doing this same sort of screaming unless they've gotten shot or stabbed, even then its not as much. What's up with that?
