Remove free kits from fill matchmaking

Make the barrier to entry for fill the same as ranked. You should minimum have a 2500 sponsored kit or a similar gear value to use team fill (you can add teammates for a duo or trio on free kits). If the green kit players were matched with other similar players, there would be better odds of having a good game. There would be a more solid middle ground for people willing to spend 3k on a kit each game and run shields. 3 sponsored kits have a decent chance to kill 3 stacks with purple.

When you start adding in random duos on free kits with 1 geared player, the team chemistry doesn't work. You have one person willing to challenge, and the others waiting to grab loot.

The people that want to free kit can play together like rooks with their duo/solo without a fill. Like a rook with abilities. They won't grief the game by spamming runs and leaving which happens all too often.
