Affiliate programmes

I'm currently in the process of building an app and was thinking to partner with some YouTubers to create interest/ users for my app

The app would be a useful mobile tool for solo service businesses

I wanted to ask the community here how you'd feel if someone approached you offering an affiliate programme?

I don't have budget to pay up front but was thinking to partner and offer a revenue split per user that joined from a link that the YouTubers put in their videos/ description

I was thinking to work with channels that have 1-10k subscribers initially and thought it might be a nice way to support creators with a recurring income for as long as a user is paying for the app

I was thinking to offer maybe 25% revenue split to the creator is this usual or is it on the higher end?

How would people feel about this?

I'm not trying to promo anything here but would appreciate any feedback or comments
