Bpc157/tb500 causing heart thumping feeling at night

I’ve been on bpc157/tb500 for 3 weeks now for a disc and nerve issue in my neck. It causes me crazy heart thumping all night long. To where it feels like someone is literally pushing on my chest and it wakes me, if I can fall asleep at all. I even tried switching to doing it in the morning, not drinking coffee past 10 am, and it still does it. Anyone else deal with this?
