If I have to be online 30 minutes before a reservation (walmart) can I log in and hit the coffee cup?

I don't want to be bombarded with junk and tank my quest progress I just want the reservation.

Furthermore what even happens if the app sends me on a delivery really far away right before the reservation pickup?
