Should i text him?

So me and this guy have been on and off for the past couple years. Every time I ghost him, he somehow manages to find a way to text me-even after I've blocked him. I've probably ghosted or blocked him like 4 times already.

But now... something deep down wants me to text him. Idk why, I just feel like I kinda want to. Should I just text him or leave it?
