Any reason to use AFCI-only breaker if AFCI+GCFI is the same price?

Need to put arc fault breakers on our bedroom circuits. I know that GFCI is not required by code for these circuits.

If the AFCI breakers are the same price as the AFCI+GFCI breakers, is there any reason not to just put the combos in even though they're not required? Are GFCI nuisance trips an issue?
