2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport

Hi, I rented my car out and guest got back to me on the last day of their reservation (after extending it 3 times) saying a check engine light came on and the car is making a weird noise.

He sent me the video I linked but since I am not there I can’t plug in a code reader to see what the check engine light is for. I also noticed the oil light flashing and an additional yellow light on the right side. The car had an oil change less than a 1000 miles ago.

Any idea what could have happened? What does this sound mean?
