Insanely high AST and ALT - UPDATE

Hi y’all! Last week I shared these changes in my numbers of out the blue and with no symptoms and no toxicity found:

ALK - 110, last year 56

AST - 394, last year 23

ALT - 1093 (yes that is over 1000, not a typo) last year 30

Bilirubin - 1.1, last year 0.3

My doctor had me retest and do a more thorough hepatic function panel and every single thing on the full panel except ALT came back normal and in the green - ALT came back at 43, so still elevated, but not over a THOUSAND.

Ultrasound scheduled for early May just in case and I have my follow up with my GP afterwards, but otherwise I’ve still had zero symptoms. Thoughts?? I still haven’t touched any OTC meds and no, I don’t work out to excess/honestly much at all outside of a daily walk.
