Outlook "hang on a moment while we sign you out" loop?

I'm trying to log into Outlook, but after I enter the verification code, it just says that they're signing me out (I was already signed out, otherwise I wouldn't be trying to sign in?).

I've had this issue before, but never multiple times in a row (to the point where I can't sign into my email at all). I still have access to MyMav, though, so no issues there. Anybody else having this problem?
