Does anyone know the steps to getting married at OSP?

We both want to get married soon, even though he only has 6 months left. He said either we can do it now (soon) or the week of him getting out. But does anyone know if it’s a tedious process with OSP & would it just be better (and cheaper) to just wait and go to the courthouse?
