COBRA after Aug 10 remote worker

For remote workers, we were told that Oracle will cobra for one month from their side for. April 10-May 10 for medical insurance. Can someone confirm if this is true and if I understood it correctly?

I have a lot of family members who were under medical supervision, including kids, and this is gonna be a problem to tackle with.

State of California, remote worker within 10 days of WARN notice received as of March 31. Effective domination date April 10.
