Mobile welding startup?

I'm reaching out to the experts in this field. I'm currently trying to start up an LLC for a mobile welding company, I live near the ocean so boats and trucks is huge near me. I recently purchased a Lincoln ranger gtx, and have quite a few tools laying around. I don't have a shop, but I do have a garage I can work out of.

I want to do semi repairs, maybe boat repairs too. all of my experience is with mild steel and aluminum. I'm finding it hard to find information on everything I need, so I'm coming to reddit. is this something that people tend to need a shop for? also is this something people tend to have to get aws certs for?
