Shii tf do I do

So i'm 14M and since September there's been this girl in my class i literally fell into love with. I can't stop thinking about her and since September i have felt this way. recently things have started to go better as we started to talk and text a lot more n shi but there's this one guy i'm scared about a, a bit taller, and she often goes ti him and talks to him, but still when she talks to me we speak a lot more cuz he ain't deep, at least from what i see. The problem is when we text she often leaves me on delivered for hours sometimes. Seems like a red flag but then when she replies she usually isn't dry and is actually friendly and stuff. I need advice as I'm getting paranoia, for example I texted her yesterday since I was absent and asked some stuff she answered still good and also today I asked something and it was quite good I just realises she answered on school group chats responding to messages but I'm still on delivered. I need to know what ti do also at school as she honestly is way out of my league and very popular so don't come at me with the tell her how u feel shi. also I'm going on a trip to sardiny soon and the tall guy, my main competitor isn't there which will be good. If you need more info feel free to ask but I need tips as I'm done being paranoical and constantly tense and I wanna do progress, I already am but don't want to fumble it
