Starting Zepbound soon- advice for a beginner?

Hi everyone! I’m about to start Zepbound and I’m feeling excited but also nervous. This will be my first time taking a medication like this.

Any tips to minimize side effects?

Best time of day to take it?

Things that helped with appetite changes or nausea?

I’m mainly concerned with the side effects that come along with a medicine like this, especially GI related ones. Would love you hear any advice or personal experiences!
