Overdosed bottle?

So im 43. Was on trt 140mg once per week and decided to go on my own. My T levels on 140 was around 840.

I got some Test C 250. I decided to bump the dose a bit and split to 3x per week. I do 30 units Monday / Wed / Fri .

I got my bloodwork done and my test came in at 2754.

My jaw dropped. I figure im taking between 200 to 220mg if the bottle is accurately dosed.

my E2 came in at 73. free T of 811.

every other bloodwork marker good. lipids good...

anyone else respond like this to T or should I just chalk it up to a severely overdosed vial?

I just finished that vial but started a new one from the same batch. I do have a different batch of Test C from a different provider I was thinking about opening and dosing the same amount from and retesting in 6 weeks.

This is my first ever bottle of ugl test from a very popular vendor, so im not even sure what to think.
