Non-Chinese MIUI on Xiaomi 17 Pro

Hi all, I've managed to get my hands on a Mi 17 Pro with the bootloader unlocked, I'm in the UK and am wondering which version of MIUI I should put on it. I was initially going to go with the xiaomi.eu ROM but I've recently come across something called the ZK project which seems like it builds on the EU ROM, the only info I can find about it is in some Spanish YouTube videos and haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else.

Has anyone used it before or have any advice / alternatives?
