They refused my accommodation request !

Hey, so I had a scheduled group interview (11 candidates with 2 recruiters) with a bank on March 26. When the interview started, I was planning to say that I won’t be able to do this group interview and request a solo interview because of my anxiety. Another candidate spoke before me and said that he’s requesting a solo interview for personal reasons. They told him that they’re going to contact him and that he can leave the interview. I said that I am also in the same position as him and they told me to also leave.

4 days later, my application is rejected without interview. They never accepted my accommodation. Did I do something wrong ? I reached the employee relations Director and she’s still working on this.
