Personal affect

hello everyone, I am 20 years old,male, and over the last couple years I've had vitiligo growing in my genitals and under my armpits. The ones under my armpits are so bad just small and hasn't expended. But in my genitals, it's expended and I'm not sure how it would affect me later in life. I have no GF and I have been given Opzelura to apply in those areas. Anyone have similar experience? Thank You🙏
