SIR related help

Dear all,

Help me out as am freaking out, so my documents have my father name with surname, but his document doesn’t include surname. His name was there in last SIR but again with surname. But my all documents has his Surname.

Example: father name is AB in all is document and even in last SIR list. But in my document his name is ABC C being surname.

Wanted to know how many of you have gone through same issue and was any clarification needed if yes what all documents they accepted like affidavit stating both person are one, or anything else.

Any help is appreciated.
