Need 13.5 Team

Hello friends. I've started with a new account from February, 2026 as my old account (3290 rated) was not safe in the end. So I'd like to start the journey of 13.5 and sign only the right players. If I may add a few details and of course a few questions...

a) I had bought Beckenbauer LBC manager. Got Enzo (B2B) from Rummenigge/Matthaus pack for 300, free coin. Not really endgame but I supposed he could be a good card for an English Event when the squad is complete.

b) Coins gifted by a friend got me Nesta and Zanetti from recent pack. Both cards are likely to feature in the first team till the end so I'm really glad I got them. Not getting insanely endgame Seedorf was painful but more than a 100 players were left in the box so I stopped there.

c) I'm willing to save till I can clear a top rated 150 box. But buying discounted sales should speed things up a lot faster right? If I decide to go that route how many endgame cards can I collect by the year's end? I want my first 11 and a few subs to be complete before end of April next year.
