Ordered a couple Covid tests, Shriver is over an hour away?

I’m immunocompromised, so I’m no stranger to using Instacart, but I’ve never seen this. The order is less than $50. How could it possibly be worth it for a driver to go that far? Why would that even be an option? I also got charged a “long distance service fee”. There are two of these pharmacies in my town. What is happening?
