As an enthusiast brass player and a 3D designer, I’ve always felt that the "one-size-fits-all" approach to mouthpieces is outdated. Customizing your gear usually means spending a fortune, so I decided to change that. Im currently working with music teachers and students, the ones who can't afford to pay for a 250+ usd mouthpiece.

I’ve spent the last few months designing and polishing the technical aspects of a complete catalog of standart and a new 2-piece system. I’ve focused heavily on the internal geometries to ensure that the airflow and acoustic response match the feel of traditional gear while taking full advantage of additive manufacturing.

The new system:

It is a 2-piece modular design:

• Interchangeable Heads: Swap different cup depths and rim shapes in seconds.
• Dedicated Shanks: Optimized for Trumpet, Trombone (Small/Large shank), and Euphonium.
• Efficiency: By separating the head from the shank, you can test dozens of variations without wasting filament or time on the base.

The Beta Test:

I have hundreds of different models most of them for trumpet ready on Cults3D, but they currently only have digital renders and a few real life pics or videos. I need real-world "Makes" and technical feedback from the community.
