Why don't we see some of the OWC maps in the ranked section?

The title sums up most of it. There are so many high quality maps from the OWC map pools that are a blast to play that sometimes end up in the graveyard. A few I'll name from the 2025 Grand Finals were DIVINE, Guilty, and Night of Knights. There're more from previous sets and past OWC's but I'll save that.

Is it that the mappers don't really push for ranking or that some maps just don't fit the criteria for ranking? It's unfortunate, these maps are some of my and many other peoples favorites in the game. Sorry if the answer is common knowledge or something.
