Why doesn't Hasan say to like comment and subscribe at the end of his youtube video end?

Hasan was mentioning that he had no motion on youtube in a broadcast, but I feel he doesn't ask people to subscribe to his youtube on his videos. I feel it is proven to get people to subscribe. The biggest subscriber increase was when he got banned and streamed on youtube and mentioned subscribing. Is there a reason he doesn't do it?
