Where to live - easy daily commute to Victoria, high budget

Hi all. Single, 28M moving to London. I'm in a fortunate position where budget won't really be an issue, and I'm looking for a 2 BR place ideally within 20 min commute to Victoria Station. I want to be in a vibrant neighborhood, with good grocery stores, bars/restaurants and gyms all walking distance. Preferably I live close enough to a tube station that will keep me well connected to the rest of the city as well. I like seeing live music, jazz, and trying new restaurants on the weekend. Given my commute to Victoria every day, this seems to present Chelsea, Marylebone, Battersea or maybe Soho as probably the best contenders.

I'll say, even with a very high budget there's still some tradeoffs that it feels like need to be made (at least in my head right now). Here's my thoughts on each of these neighborhoods, having only spent minimal time in them. I'm curious if I'm totally off on these or if there's anything more people have to add. Camden and Angel/Islington I've seen talked about a lot as well but have never been.

Chelsea: Seems very nice. Sloane Square in particular a nice area, I've enjoyed the bars and restaurants I've been to around there. Everyone I've told I'm considering living in Chelsea though just immediately says it's uppity posh, which is not really the vibe I'd want. Preferably with more down to earth late 20s/early 30s crowd. Also not well connected by tube, you'd have to wait for busses frequently it seems

Marylebone: By Baker Street tube station is primarily where I'm looking. This area seems quite well connected by the tube, though commute-wise I'd be worried about transferring through Oxford Circus every day on the Victoria line - that seems like kind of a nightmare. Marylebone high street is nice, close to Regent's Park as well which seems nice

Battersea: Nice, new area. Checks a lot of boxes, though feels like you miss the soul of London a bit with everything new and Dubai-like. Just a bit further from things too in central London

Soho: Would be amazing to be in the heart of things. Well connected, pretty easy commute. Seems like I would need to pay a lot for a place that has what I want though. Noise also a concern. I'm fine with noise but being directly adjacent to loud late night clubs maybe not it.

If there are any areas I seem to be missing, or if vibes of any of these spots are off, I'd love to know your thoughts!
