Today was brutal

Chop and reversals today were a meat grinder. I'd see the perfect set up, get in and 2 seconds later it flipped. Not talking about stupid trades along the EMA9 or anything like that, like 20 minute set ups evolving, clearing indicators, watching volume gain, watching candle shape, etc and watching it move from bull to bear or vice versa, then boom, thanks for playing. Nothing like wiping out my gains for the week...
