Alternative launchers

I'd like to try alternative hytale launchers that support stuff like earlier builds, as the current launcher seemingly only lets you play the newest and second newest build. I noticed there's one called Butter Launcher, but upon further research that one is cracked and lets you play the game without an account, which is immediately a red flag for me because I want to actually play with my account, but i still want the ability to play outdated builds. Any recommendations or can you just do it in the official launcher and i'm just blind
