Is Donald Trump bluffing?  Is he really considering destroying the infrastructure of Iran?

A wimpy little kid is teasing a big bully.  This does not give the bully the right to hurt the kid.  If Trump actively sent the military to Iran to destroy their bridges and power generation, the international community could, and I think should, put Trump on trial for crimes against humanity.  I would not rule out the possibility that Trump is bluffing, and everyone knows it. Am I living on another world?
