Radioactive Beads at Michael's

Have y'all seen this? I'm so curious how beads like this would end up "accidentally" on Michael's shelves. As far as I understand, they're not labeled at all. People are going to be wearing these right up against their skin.

I don't know much about radioactivity personally, so I was curious on any thoughts y'all might have. TIA! :)
