I found a clinic that treats ADHD and menopause together - now I need to find one in Canada

I'm stuggling with the hot mess that is menopause + ADHD, and some friends suggested I try a private clinic. I was so, SO excited when I found this:

This page has a lot of info about the intersectionality of ND & meno, but the clinic itself is in the US (Vancouver WA), which unfortunately doesn't help me here in Canada. Sharing the link in case anyone finds it useful, but please please please:

I am lucky to have a psychologist who understands both, but she can't help me with medication. My doctor prescribed HT, but it's not going well, and he dismissed the idea that there might be a link between my mood and hormones (according to him, they only cause hot flashes). If I go to a private clinic, I'm paying out of pocket and there's no point if they don't actually understand my situation.
