I601 A Waiver

Still waiting for my i601 a waiver to be approved for my husband . Been together for 16 years . Married for 8years. We did a extreme “hardship” but what i dont get is , with this type of application, he cannot renew his work permit. Anyone else in the same boat , just waiting ? we did fingerprints in june 2024.
