How do you go about your daily life without letting all the terrible news happening every day affect your mental well-being?

Terrible news + terrible reality, of course. The world is already an awful dark place, and the fact of EVERYDAY having shitty news is making me so, so, so fucking tired.

I'm argentinian, 27 years old and I did psychoanalistic therapy for 6 years more or less. I take medication for bipolarity. I also have ADHD. I don't believe in God so I don't think there's someone who'll save us all. I don't have anything to rely on except for myself and my loved ones, which I luckily have, but even that started worsening with the years. You know, when your friends aren't your friends anymore, and you're like, what the actual fuck is happening.

I could talk about this for hours but I don't want to make this post too long. I just want to know how do y'all cope with the reality we all live in. The first things that come to mind are: Donald Trump being the president of the USA, Israhell, our own government that's shitty as them, the communal feeling of despair and abandonment we have as a society, and that kind of stuff.

I'm writing this from a new account since my last one was locked by Reddit mods and I can't even send a message to them. I do NSFW content, which is, for some reason, still taken as a bad word, and I suppose I didn't follow the "guidelines" (I put a fucking link on my bio) so they banned me.

Everything's so tiring. I don't go to therapy anymore because I got tired of complaining too.
