About to Run Ruins of Bittermold Keep Tonight For the First Time- Any Advice?

Read through the adventure a couple of times, made notes, printed out a keyed map and a have my minis ready, many from Warhammer Quest Darkwater. Excited to give this a spin for our first session. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to run this as a mini-campaign?
