4th generation Kindle

Can someone explain to me how I will be able to put new ebooks on my Kindle after the 5/20 date, for example if purchased ebook from Amazon? I’ve always used the “Send to Kindle” option. I tried looking at the other posts about this change and I’m still confused. Preferring an option that doesn’t include another app or third-party. TIA!
