Noise at low speed

Has anyone had a weird quiet thumping noise when going under 4mph? it almost sounds like a cable hitting something. I dont hear it above 4mph. Its been there since I got the car at 7 miles and the dealer assured me there was nothing wrong after putting it on a lift around 300 miles.
