Created a GH action to keep the free HF space running non stop for free.

I fixed a common issue on HuggingFace space.

When I published my first old project to Hugging Face space, I found out that even though the free space comes without spending any money or any verifications, there is a catch!

The free space uses CPUs and to reduce extra usage, the space gets to sleep after a while each time. As my space needs quite some time to boot up, it was starting to become an issue for me. So, I figured out that the space remains running if we open the space before the specific timeout time. Therefore, I created a simple GitHub action that pings my HF space periodically via the cron job and it makes my space run 24/7, no cost involved whatsoever! I've also made the project open source so that you can check it out!

Now, don't get me wrong, as this is not a feasible solution if you have a very big project running. It's recommended to purchase their paid plan and get GPUs then.
