My orders keep disappearing

Okay, I took five hours this morning and I thought it was going to be a great day. The local Chic-filet just reopened, and I had two orders, so I went to the store to wait for more orders. One popped up right away, and I accepted right away. Then it disappeared. Another, disappeared. One more. I take an order from a different app. I leave my app on by accident, and I get another order that disappeared.

I get a Carl's Junior order, and I actually pick it up. Then it disappears. I get on the phone with "support" and they are no help. They tell me I am having a connectivity problem, but I know it's not. "Support," is not well trained because they keep telling me different things. Anyway, it's cost me money.

i was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
