This ends today,

:discuss: Discussion

I’ve been scrolling through Reddit for the past month, reading post after post… and honestly, something felt off.

It feels like a lot of people are carrying quiet sadness. Like we’re all functioning, working, surviving—but not really living or feeling joy.

And it got me thinking…

Is it really too much to ask for a simple, good day?

A day where:

- Work feels meaningful (or at least not draining)

- You spend time with people you actually care about

- You laugh a little

- You feel… okay

Not perfect. Just… okay.

So I asked myself a harder question:

What’s actually stopping me from having that kind of life?

And the answer wasn’t external.

It was my own ego, hesitation, overthinking, fear of rejection… and sometimes just avoiding things I knew I should face.

And also this:

I’ve tolerated people with bad intentions for far too long.

That stops now.

Not with anger. Not with revenge.

But with boundaries.

The next people who come into my life will meet a different version of me—

Someone who respects himself enough to walk away from anything that doesn’t feel right.

For the next 1 month, my only goal is this:

👉 Become at least 10% happier in my daily life

Small steps:

- Fix what I’ve been avoiding

- Say what I’ve been holding back

- Spend time where it actually feels good

And if I can do that…

Maybe in a year, I’ll look back and realize I built a life I actually enjoy.

If you’re reading this and feel the same way — maybe try it with me.

Not perfection.

Not overnight change.

Just 10% better.
