Help with deciphering name of 4x great grandmother

This is an excerpt from a christening record of my 2x great grandfather from the Philippines from 1879 (during the Spanish colonial period). This individual is mentioned as his maternal grandmother, but I can't quite make out what is written. FamilySearch has this catalogued as "Tomasa Rulero", not sure if that's right.

Unfortunately this is the only scan of this document available, so there isn't anything with a better resolution.
