How do I replace this hose? (Diagram in post)

Please tell me there's an easier way to replace this hose than pulling the engine.

I'm looking at #15. I have a spare motor in the garage and I can see that this hose connects to the top of the block right near the firewall. How is this usually done? Should I anticipate having to lift the engine or is there a trick to just replacing this hose?

I also noticed that on my car the positions of hose number 14 and hose 15 are swapped. Does the position really matter, is that something I should fix when I do this job? What is the part called that they are connected to?
