Surgical suit that covers butt?

Our 13 pound Yorkie mix just had a cyst removed that was located right next to her rectum. Because every surgical suit I’ve seen has an opening for the tail, none of these work to cover the sutures. Does anybody know if there are any surgical suits that are specifically designed to cover the tail and rectum area? With maybe some snaps to open up that area so she can poop? The thing that actually seems to work the best is a little pair of cotton baby shorts that I put on her. It covers the sutures, but she licks the shorts so much I’m worried about it getting and staying wet. The surgical suits I’ve seen seem to be made of a more water resistant material, which I would prefer. Thanks!
