Accessing old account without knowing the email used?

It was brought to my attention recently that my old Twitter account is still up, filled with insensitive and stupid tweets from when I was 15 years old and thought I was a Republican.

I am looking to deactivate the account but cannot remember the password and the “forgot password” prompt requires an email. Idk what emailed I used when I was 15 and X’s support is none existent.

Any tips tricks or ideas?
