Swift 1.4t mods

hi guys

I am currently in the process of booking some mods. I am going to do a full downpipe and exhaust, is there anything I should keep in mind or let the tuner know from your guys experiences doing this mod? I am going to put a cat fowler in case I get any check engine lights
