Reliable mechanics who dont charge crazy

Hi!

I am looking for mechanics who are genuine and can fix things up and don’t charge crazy amount. I have a honda accord 2012 which i bought a couple of weeks ago and it has some kind of whining noise sometimes in the morning while cold start. I believe it is the power steering pump because i see some leak from the pump to reservoir hose. I want to see a mechanic who can pinpoint exactly what the issue is.
