Are older MacBooks still worth reselling right now?

Picked up an older MacBook Pro recently and it works fine, nothing crazy spec wise but overall its in a good condition. It seems like some of these sell pretty quickly as budget Mac options but I’m not sure how reliable that actually is. I’ve been checking different sites like Ubuyfirst but it still feels really dependent on the exact model and year. It does seem because of the pricing it's a bit inconsistent depending on what you have.

Anyone else reselling older MacBooks and actually moving them, or is it getting harder to turn these unless you price them pretty low?
